Issue with COUNTROWS DAX

Hi,   Am facing an issue with the DAX function CountRows as it is giving incorrect value. The table has only 2 rows but CountRows DAX gives 4 rows.

This is not much clear. Need to understand what is the data in the background and what are the filters applied.

Can you share your pbix file (after removing sensitive data)
