Issue with bubble chart

HI,
I've an issue with bubble chart. I can't see full buble for the datapoints which are close to axis(both X and Y).I can see only half bubbles there. If I give negative values to both axis it will show complete bubble. I know we can hardcode negative values but that's not working for me.
Is there any way to give values for the axis dynamically?

Thanks in advance.

    fx  measure like the following

    Start_x = MIN('Table'[X])-(MAX('Table'[X])-MIN('Table'[X]))*0.2

    End_x = MAX('Table'[X])+(MAX('Table'[X])-MIN('Table'[X]))*0.2

    result:

    i put my pbix file in the end you can refer.
