issue when exporting data from powerbi service

Hi all,

 

I am having issue with power bi service when exporting data.

 

I have a report with 12 pages. I have no issue to export data from page 1 to page 11 inside power bi service. However, in page 12, the export data option does not work. It will not give me error message but just keep loading. Page 12 is a simple table visual.

 

To troubleshoot this problem, i have tried to re-create a new page with the same content but still it will not work. I have also tried to filter the table to display just 1 row and 1 column, but still no luck.

 

However, the report has no problem to export data while open in power bi desktop.

 

So, is there any settings that I've triggered accidently?

    Hi teng1 ,

     

    Please make sure whether there is large size data or complex calculation in your visual.

    I suggest you to refer to offical blog to learn more details about considerations and limitations of exporting data.

      Hi Rico, thanks for the suggestions. But, nope, it doesn't help. I end up re-build the report from scratch.
