Insert Vertical Lines Based On Milestone

I have a line chart where the x-axis is Date. I have a second table which has two columns, one Date and the other text value. I want to show vertical lines on the line chart corresponding to the date...

Hi Anonymous,

 

Have you tried using the Gantt custom visual which can be an alternative option to visual milestone currently? :smileyhappy:

Thanks for your reply. I didn't check out Gantt Chart, although I am already familiear with it prior to starting on Power BI. When I talked about milestone, I was referring to spcial events that has occurred on that particular date, I appologize for the confusion. As per my understanding, whenever we talk about milestone, we usually refer to a preset goal that we have achieved. In my case, it's not any preset goal, rather an event that has occurred on a given date.
