Incremental Refresh Issue
Thank you for the answers.
I changed personal gateway to standered gateway , And also did some testing and seems like its working fine.
I dont know why it didnt work on personal mode.

I see no problem with your incremental refresh setup. I never used personal gateway to configure incremental refresh and I found no limitation on it, but seems works with your case.

Regarding to Refresh, there is a difference between Dashboard and Report refresh. The Dashboard Tiles refresh with dataset, which means the tiles automatically refresh once the dataset is refresh. But PBI Report will not refresh automatically when dataset is refreshed, you need to manual refresh the report.

I have another question.
1. If I do the Scheduled refresh, does it affect dataset (update) ?
2. Do I need to convert Report --> Dashboard to expect visualization refresh ?
