Importing 4GB Census Data

I'm trying to import a 4GB CSV file into Power Bi but since the file is so big I've been looking into using SQL.

 

I downloaded SQLiteStudio and am trying to use the Command Prompt to create a database but am running into the problem below.

 

Please help!!

    What happened when you imported the CSV?  That should normally work (assuming your PC is powerful enough)

     

    Note that SQLite is a file based database. There will be no real difference to the CSV.  You will also need to install a custom driver that can allow Power BI to read from SQLite files via ODBC.
