Identifying the visualization and tools required

Hello everyone,

I am a recent addition on the Power BI community. I'd like to ask if anyone has an idea as to how to make a chart or report with those information:

- Type of merchandise

- Reception date

- Date of sale (knowing there can be more than one)

- And the hardest part: some merchandises leave the shop before the ones we received prior to them. Then, when we sell the ones that were sold prior, it breaks the "order" of the date. How can I count the number of merchandises "breaking" the date of sale / date of reception order ?
