Check the attached file with changes.
Can you try below format options:
Try reducing both the image size and the row padding. Select the Matrix:
Format visual - Visual - Image size
Reduce: Height = 12 or 16 Width = 12 or 16
Then go to:
Format visual - Grid - Options - Row padding and reduce the row padding to something like 0
Also check: Format visual - Values - Text wrap and turn it Off if you don't need wrapped text, because wrapped values can also increase the row height.

I am having an issue opening your attached PBIX file.
First it indicated that I need to enable PBIR Preview, so I did on my Power BI desktop setting.
Now, it indicates this:
Can you please help me what needs to be done or attach other PBIX file (if it does not require this issue to be taken care)?
