Helper IHow to create chart with Column based on numeric data + 2 lines based on percentage

When I create chart and sort by Nice it starts to look like on Excel, but only columns. http://take.ms/hhSXn http://take.ms/Tbqhh When I add line values they move to top by single straight line, not like on that example from excel http://take.ms/jRkUN
Even I simply create 100%stacked column chart

also here Sum option is disabled for these columns http://take.ms/1Hf3t with %
