Hover over tooltip viz

On my report I have a visual that is a 1 row x 5 columns treemap that lists the Regions. For that visual I've created a visual tooltip, so when a user hovers over a region it displays the # of requests, sites, etc. However if a user selects some filters on the report and the region now has zero requests based on the selected filters the region name is coming up as Blank. Is there a way to keep the Region name? 

I created that viz by using a "card" visualization and selected First of [Submitter Region]

 

Area I circle in black is where the user is hovering    (Blank) text should be "AMER"

    Hey dogt1225 ,

     

    sure, there is a way and you are pretty close.

    Remove the slider to "Keep all filter" and then drag in the field underneath the fields that you want to keep (e.g. submitted sites):

      Hi selimovd , 

      Thank you for the response! When I select Keep All Filters to "off" and drag the Submitter Region field to #2 the Number of requests and Top 5 viz no longer filter. I would like the tooltip to show AMER and 0 Requests.

        Hi dogt1225 ,

         

        then you have to put the column of "AMER" in the fields area for the tool tip.

        Otherwise can you provide a file? That would make it easier as I don't know your file and data.
