Hide/Show Conditional Page Tooltip on Matrix

Hi, I have created a Page tooltip and assigned it on the Matrix visual. However, the issue is when you hover over the empty(blank)  cells, the page toltip still appears but with blank values. Is it possible to ONLY show page tooltip when there's data on a cell in the matrix but disable/not show it when there's blank. Please advise.

    Thanks. I ended up modifying the page tooltip to show blank page and a text as below when there was no data in the matrix at mouse hover.
