Continued ContributorUnfortunately this isn't a feature. Power BI Desktop is more for power users, not necessarily report consumers. I believe the Office 365 Suite is entirely HIPAA compliant, but I understand the concern for security.
Realistically, Power BI Premium w/ Report Server would be a good fit because it would allow you to run the full PowerBI.com environment on your local hardware, removing the concern over cloud.
