Can someone help me

I have 6 parameter

I have an item call Apple

1) Item quantity = 10 KG

2) Item Amount = 50 Dollar

3) Number of days promotion ran =10 days

4) Number of customers avail promotion = 5

5) Number of invoices generated by the promotion = 5

6) Number of times the promotion code was used = 5

If i want to ran same promotion or any other different promotion discount to any items 

i want to find if i give discount of 2 Dollar or 2% and the goal is to increase customer number or quantity or invoice number and use of promotion code

So for example,  i want to find out by giving 2 dollar or 2 % discount how could I know it may increase 2 customers, 3 invoices, 5 quantity, may use promotion code 2 times if i use keep the promotion for 10 days. 

What i mean is if i give discount 2 dollar or 2% on apple item 

then how i know 

1) How many Quantity might be sold (approx) 

2) How many days promotion I should ran (approx)

3) How many customer May avail promotion (approx)

4) How many invoices could generated by the promotion (approx)

5) How many times promotion code might used (approx)

I dont know if i am clear to make you understand or not

I hope you guys get it.
