Apologies everybody. I hadn't filtered the visual properly. I have done so now and all is working fine.,

Not sure how filtering would affect CF rules, can you explain please? The CF rules should be applied regardless of any filters.

Helper VI am using the CF rules with a measure calculation which is this month - previous month
There are visuals for different departments so obviously I need to filter to the relevent department for the CF to reflect the correct calculation.
