Layster the kind of requirments that you have shared here would require much more detail. I would suggest you to get in touch with some vendor for your report requirment if you are new in powerbi. Because designing such type of report would require lot of understanding about the data you have and lot of cleaning and transforming of the data would also be needed. 

also when you start develping your report first thing that you need to do is to check the formuala and calc if they are giving you the results that you will be presenting in your report.
