Having trouble connecting with Quick Base

Hi, I am having trouble connecting PowerBI with Quick Base.  The connector is not recognizing the application URL. I reviewed with the help desk from Quick Base and it seems to be a problem on the PowerBI end.  Is anybody having the same issue?
