"H" considering "0"

i am using this Title in card using dax but getting the result at "04-May-2023 240r report" in card visual title , it should be "24Hr report" can anyone tell why ?
below is dax:
Title Latest Date = FORMAT(calculate(LASTDATE('Consol 24hr'[DATE]),FILTER('Consol 24hr','Consol 24hr'[DATE]=MAX('Consol 24hr'[DATE]))),"DD-MMM-YYYY" & " "&"24Hr report")

    Hi,

     

    the Format function is having an impact in the last part of the measure, move the final bracket to just before the first & 

     

    Title Latest Date = FORMAT(calculate(LASTDATE('Consol 24hr'[DATE]),FILTER('Consol 24hr','Consol 24hr'[DATE]=MAX('Consol 24hr'[DATE]))),"DD-MMM-YYYY") & " "&"24Hr report"
