Grouping

When grouping, why would it work perfectly for some customers but not others? Then for the customers that it doesn't work for, why would it not work for just one month? All columns are returning valid data until June and all data in the original worksheet is valid and in the correct format. For some reason though a "null" is being returned

    Would you please explain more about your issue with some sample data? How did you using grouping in your data model?
