Grid doesn't have three dots from App

Hi Friends,

I know there are quite a few posting about this topic. 

Mine is a little different, In App, only grid visual doesn't have three dot, but other visuals have, like bar, pie chart, even search box. 

Report is allowing data export, and portal admin gave access to users. 

I saw post saying visual header disabled is cause, but, I couldn't find it in March, 2022 version. 

In the same App, other reports are fine. 

Any help is greatly appreciated.
