Graphing same variable w/ different filters

I am trying to graph the same variable, filtered on different date ranges so I can compare values. Is this possible without creating a new measure? For example, I have a measure that divides production volumes by forecasted volumes to see what % of forecasted volumes I am actually producing. I want to compare that % from Jan - Mar to the % from Jan - Apr. Is that possible?

Thanks

    Hi Anonymous

    It is possibly but probably though creating extra measures.  How come you want to avoid creating measures?

    Hi Anonymous,

    If you measure is a measure without any filter which can ignore the original filter, you can operate it like below:

    Calculate on Original Measure =
    CALCULATE([MeasureCount],AND('Table'[Date]>=Date(2016,1,1),'Table'[Date]<=Date(2016,5,1)))
    /
    CALCULATE([MeasureCount],AND('Table'[Date]>=Date(2016,1,1),'Table'[Date]<=Date(2017,4,1)))

    If it contains the specified filter, you can't operation it at outside, you should write a new measure with original calculations and new filters.
