Google Analytics
Evening everyone,
I have been trying to connect my Power BI desktop to google analytics but it always brings up an error saying unable to connect please see my error message below . I have deleted and reinstalled PowerBI but its not helped .. any solutions would be helpful ..

Can I know how did you connect Google Analytics in Power BI Desktop? Whether you have the permission to access it? And whether your network is normal? You can refer the following documentations to connect to Google Analytics in Power BI Desktop.

yeah i do have access to google analytics ( i can access it from my browsers).. still a bit stumped about it.. i have tried setting permissions to global settings and cleared my caches on both Power BI and on my browsers but no joy still..

Since you can access to Google Analytics successfully via browser, the account credential should be OK... Please make sure the network is normal, then try to connect to Google Analytics in Power BI Desktop followed the steps in this documentation.
If your problem still persist, you can create a support ticket when you have a pro license.
