getting an average with multiples selected in slicer
Hi all, i am very new to Power BI and am trying to make a report that shows training compliance.
I want senior staff to be able to clikc "select all" in the two slicers (one for staff names, one for teams) and for the gauge to show the average compliance but currently it is adding them all together and just showing 100% (when in reality we are not at 100% across the service).
It now says Count of colmpliance but i cant take it off of count.
any help would be much appreciated. I really have very little experience in using this
Thanks in advance.

I got it to work, but i have no idae how.
the actual column it was displaying was a % so i wanted it to show the average of all the slices added not the Sum of them. I removed it and put it back in but as i have next to no idea what im doing it worked this time.

Hi
I’m looking to import multiple files form folder in excel. Over 50. Each file has 150 column headers and the column headers are inconsistent. Can I create a list of ALL the column headers in ALL the files ?
I’ve watched several tutorials and they all refers to header mapping tables which I understand however …
Every tutorial I watch already has a header mapping table already completed because I’m importing multiple excel files with multiple column headers and it would be too time consuming to go through each file to understand the difference in column headers and create my before list in mapping header table.
Is there anyway you can get a list of ALL the column headers in ALL the files first and these would then serve as your before column in your header making table ?

Hi Anonymous ,
As you mentioned, you want to show the average compliance .
But what's the logic of average? what's the dividend and divisor? Please share more details to help us clarify your scenario.Or share me with your pbix file after removing sensitive data.
