Get Data with connection to Oracle Database face errors

Verify that the registry settings are correct. Ensure that the Oracle client is properly registered in the Windows registry.

I have verified the suggestion solutions from comments under your shared link.
> I downloaded the x64 version, ran the installer and the only thing I changed was the second file path where it asks to point to tnsnames.ora/sqlnet.ora. Gave it the correct file path to my TNS folder and that was it.
I did this, pointed the path to my tnsnames.ora for database conn.
I also ensured both Power BI Desktop and OCMT are latest and 64bits.
I also tried uninstall client tool and reinstall. It seems doesn't help.
I still facing "No ODAC driver is found on the System".
