GENERATESERIES with dynamic EndValue

Hello, I have multiple paramterers I want people to be able to change which act as weigthings for a series of measures, but never add to more than 1.

I want to make something along the lines of:

param1=GENERATESERIES(0, 1, .05)

param2=GENERATESERIES(0, (1-SELECTEDVALUE(param1), .05)

param3=GENERATESERIES(0, (1-SELECTEDVALUE(param1)-SELECTEDVALUE(param2), .05)

...

I didnt think it would be as hard as it is. Any ideas on how to do this?

Cheers,

Sam

    Hi samdthompson

    Can you try to explain a bit more what you need? I don't quite get it. An example based on your data would be useful.

      The first parameter is made with GENERATESERIES(0, 1, .05)

      The second and subsequent need to be made with the EndValue being 1-sum of the selected values of the previous generated series.

    Hello,
    I would have liked to do the same thing, have you found an alternative?

    Thank you.
