LilMurph , Assume this is correct

Thursday = IF('Data'[Week]=1,date(2021,12,30), date(2022,1,((('Data'[Week])-1)*7)-1))

You can get with time like

Thursday = IF('Data'[Week]=1,date(2021,12,30), date(2022,1,((('Data'[Week])-1)*7)-1)) + time(17,0,0)

refer if needed for week start date
