You can do that by
Modify your formula to
calculate (

expression,
filter(table,table[monthcol] = eariler(table[monthcol]))
)

      Calculate(

      SUM('Planam'[Sales 2022]),
      Filter('Planam','Planam'[month] = Earlier('Planam'[month]))

      )
      RETURN _total
