Formula Help-Calculating Delivery Performance

Dear All ,

İ am new about power bi , so i need your help to solve below problem :

i have two tables , one of them is calling" puchase"  which is included purchase orders and order quantitity , and the other one is "delivery " which has the delivery quantities related to purchase table .

İ would like to calculate of performance of the delivery quantities for first scheduled month.

İ created a pbix file but i could not calculate what i want.So i created a screenshot with my comments as below what i need.Also i am sharing the pbix that i created and source excel files to help you to solve the problem more quickly

Below screen i would like to see on my visiual tables , i wrote what i want to see near the tables.Could you pls help to create below tables ?

and below screen shows what i was be able to to on my pbix.These are not the tables that i want to see and calculate .
