Formatting X Axis

Is there a way I can change the text on the X axis to be displayed vertically rather than diagonally?

It is a dynamic thing, and the way you can get that to happen is by making the chart more and more narrow, until the vertical labels are achieved.  I have added a couple of pics of how I got it to work.  Not sure you can make this meet your needs, but this is what i found that works.

    this does not fix actual issue. This is a workaround. We need vertical orientation for text.
