formatting steps in model

Hello,

I am new to Power BI. I started using Power BI Desktop recently. I observed that query editor records the step it takes when we edit. All these steps are propaged to Models upon apply action.

Once it is applied we are back to desktop and again we format our tables with Column Tools.

But, there is no pane in Table View to record the steps we take when formatting columns.

E.g., I sorted a column by another column and report is created. All good until here.

Someone else, wanted to review my report in future, and there is no way to see if this sorting was applied. When the person goes to Column Tool and click Sort By Column drop down, this is only time he could see that this column was sorted by another column. It was hard to find this. And I dont know where to look for clearing all formatting that has been done.

Any suggestions!
