Drag the Property Look-up code to the visual and write these measures
Total payments = COUNTROWS(Data)
Online payments = CALCULATE([Total payments],Data[Type]="Online payment")
Online payments (%) = [Online payments]/[Total payments]
Drag the last measure to the visual.
