Carriage return is a new line character.
Just press "Enter" before the start of your text to move the visible text downwards as many times as you need to get it into the centre of the box.

Helper INow I see. "Carriage Return". Didn't think about it until now. I am guessing that term goes back to the type writer days. 🙂
