font changes based on differences in chart

Hi, I'm trying to find a way to change fonts in a chart, depending on how the # change.
Simply put, I want to find a way to change the font color if a change is higher or lower than a previous entry in the chart.
Below, I would like to be able to show 78 in a green font if higher than the previous entry on the same line (in this case, 19)
I guess if this could be doable, i can probably additional font changes as needed.
