Fiscal Year - Mark as date table

How do I use "mark as date table" feature to report on a fiscal year, instead of calendar year?

 

My fiscsal year starts on october 1st, so 10/10/2017 will be Qtr1 of FY18. 1/10/2018 is Qtr2 FY18 etc.

 

How do I set it up?

    Most time intelligence functions have an optional parameter to specify a fiscal year that differs from calendar year.  For example, TOTALYTD function reference is:

     

    TOTALYTD(<expression>,<dates>[,<filter>][,<year_end_date>])
