    CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT([Column A]),FILTER(Data,Data[Column B]="Red" || Data[Column B]="Blue"))

Hi Anonymous ,

 

Try this measure

 

Cc =
CALCULATE (
    DISTINCTCOUNT ( 'Table'[Column A] ),
    FILTER (
        'Table',
        'Table'[Column B]
            IN {
            "Red",
            "Blue"
        }
    )
)
