Filter unrelated data source?

Hi, hopefully someone can help. Please see the below examples. I have a main table input which is a flat table within SQL server. I also need to somehow link an additional data source within PowerBI ...

Hi JD0963,

 

Why don't you establish a one to many relationship between these two tables based on field [Username]. As it is not possible to enable cross filter between two unrelated tables.
