Filter on > then Value

Hello All,

I have a table called SALES. I need to show  Product, Revenue, and Margin of Top 3 Product by Margin of products where Revenue is > 49 and Margin is also positive. Also only need Top 3 based on Revenue

Apprecite your help.

  • Hi PBI_STARTER ,

    I see two quick ways:

    1) use the filter pane and select the filters according to your requirements:

    2) you create a ranking measure, and drag it also in to the filter pane:

    Here the measure:

    TopNMeasure =
    RANKX ( ALLSELECTED ( Table ), CALCULATE ( MAX(Table[Revenue] ), Table[Revenue] > 49, Table[Margin] >= 0 ) )

    Let me know if this helps 🙂
