filter earlier posts based on keyword
i have more than 1000 posts created by me on this forum, i want to filter those posts based on certain topic or key word so that it should give me ony those posts where that keyword is used , let say for example if i search on "direct query" then it should give my posts where direct query word was used, how to do on this forum?
Hi powerbiexpert22,
I tested this in the current Fabric Community search and you can do it using the Author filter.
The easiest sequence I found is:
- First search for your own username in the main Community search box.
- Open the Author dropdown in the search filters.
- Search for and select your own username there so that your account is added as an active Author filter.
- Once the Author filter is applied, change the search text to the keyword or phrase you want to find.
- If you want an exact phrase, put it in quotation marks, for example:
"direct query"
With the Author filter still set to your username, the results should then surface only your own posts/replies containing that phrase.
I have attached a screenshot showing the Author filter applied on my side as an example:
You can also use the other filters such as Content Type, Location, Tags, or Last Update if you want to narrow the results further.
