Field parameters in Power BI

As you said, it does not work accurately when used measures into this field parameter. It means the data display incorrectly on the visual or something else? Could you please provide some sample data in the table 'T_R_RAR_REV_OPEN_BAL_DTLD_ASSGMT_LVL'  and the formula if [SALES_CONTRACT_TYPE],[ITEM_CATEGORY]and [POB_TYPE]are measures? What's your expected result with special examples and backend logic? It is better if you can share a simplified pbix file. You can refer the following link to upload the file to the community.
