Export PBIX without Database Credentials

Anonymous , You can publish this file on power bi service and other use can use that as a dataset in their visual file. This is how we are working

I am not sure if I fully understand you, but you can indeed see those DAX measures you created on the desktop in the service

How to send out a dashboard/report without the full data sets but only the visualisations and measures to be visbilble?

I tried Publishing data in Power BI Service however I am not able to see the DAX Measures.
