Export entire report

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know of a way to export an entire report to one Excel sheet?  Or is there a way to export each individual visual to one combined Excel sheet?

Thanks!

    Hi, randyrettig

I'm happy to answer your questions. We can export the report to Excel in the following ways:

    In Power BI desktop:

1.When the amount of data is not large, you can display the data through table visual or matrix visual, and then export it to Excel as shown in the picture below(You can hold down the ctrl key to select multiple visuals and export them to Excel):

2.In Table view, right-click to copy the table and paste the data into the Excel table

    In Power BI Service:

1.We can right-click the report(Open the report and click export to select Analyze in Excel), click Analyze in Excel, and then download it in SharePoint.

2.Open the report and select the visualization to be exported (multiple selections are allowed) >> Export data:

The above are some common methods for exporting reports to Excel. If these methods can help you, that would be great.
