Hi gtamir,
Based on my research, there is a limit of rows that can be exportet to csv, this limit is 30000 rows.
Using the target format xlsx this limit is 150k rows, the export to xlsx option is available in Power BI Service.

Post PatronI export from the 3 dots on the right upper side of the visual. I don't know how many rows in the report but I exported it anyway and got 30,000 rows.
