Explicit language - filtering out or flagging

Question

I have a matrix visual showing comments left on a survey from team members.&nbsp; Is there a way that BI filters or flags explicit comments, I'll have this on auto-refresh so I wouldn't want them to show.&nbsp; The only thing I can think of would be to use a filter to exclude specific words but wasn't sure if there was something already built in.&nbsp;&nbsp;

We can create a table with specific words you do not want to show in the matrix visual called 'Filltered Word', then create a measure as following and put in&nbsp; the visual filter of matrix, set condition "equal to 1" to meet your requirement.
