Esri UK Postal Code

I am little confused in the setup with esri.  I have the full UK postcode but can't seem to map it to any of the options in Esri, it has postal code districts, sectors, areas, but none of those seem to want to use the full post code.  I have defined the data category as a postcode and it works fine with Bing maps, wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if i need to adjust one of my configurations?

    We reproduced same issue as yours.

     

     

    Since this visual is created by Esri, I suggest you post this issue on their forum.

        I was wondering if anyone got an answer around the ArcGIS map not doing anything when using a full UK postcode?
