Error while refreshing my data source

Hi All,
       I have single sheet called 'Sheet 1' and calcualted tables, as my data source. Also i have few measure created. When i tried to refresh data today i get eh below errors. I checked there were no duplicates or Blanks in the source but was in the table when viewed on power Query Editor. I tried removing blank row. Still no luck. Help me pls!!!

    Hi Madhumitha_Mano ,

     

    The maximum number of simultaneous evaluations is equal to the number of logical CPU cores on the computer. The minimum value is 1 and the maximum value is equal to the number of logical CPU cores on the computer.
    It is possible that the computer you are using has a cpu core count that supports a maximum of 2.

      Hi, The issue is resolved now.
                  I reduced the maximum number of simultaneous evaluations to 2 and now the refresh is done. I'm still not sure why the issue started though. Thanks for your help.
