Error publishing to web

Im new to Power BI and Im reciving the below error when trying to Publish to web.   Can anyone give me an insight as to why Im reciving the error?   Feedback Type: Frown (Error) Timestamp: 201...

    I shut down and restarted and it then uploaded okay.

Anonymous,

Are you able to upload the PBIX file to Power BI Service through Get Data-> Files option in Service?

Do you get the issue for specific PBIX file or all PBIX files? In your scenario, please share Power BI Desktop trace log here. You can go to File—>Option and Settings—>Options—>Diagnostics—>Enable tracing in Power BI Desktop to enable trace.
