Error MSG

Hi,   I get datasouce from folder which have excel files then got the error message below. not sure what the problem is. any ideas?   thanks,

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    Did you use X64 power bi or x32? And what is your excel? The error message is clear. Please go here.and click the Download button to download the one that you want.

Hi colorfullife,

 

It seems you are using 32 bit excel to connect with Power BI.

 

You may uninstall the one and install 64-bit and try with Power BI.

But i already used the files before. is there any possiblity of any bugs?

    Did you check the version of your excel and Power BI?
