Advocate IError Message - "This request requires buffering data to succeed"

Recent Power BI Desktop version might no longer show publish without data option, you can temporarily reduce the dataset like filtering to a small subset in power query, publishing, and letting the service refresh load full data. Since issue is affecting larger files suddenly, to my knowledge it would point to a publish pipeline or memory constraint change.
So this workaround helps to validate it before considering design changes or raising a support ticket.
Advocate IThanks krishnakanth240 . yes, workspace is on premium capacity. let me try "unchecking Include data to validate"
some of the users were able to publish smaller PBIX files. Bigger ones are failing sureshot. that is another twist to the story & we are checking if there is any new network patch introduced is creating an issue for PBI's publishing
