Error importing theme file

I am attempting to import a custom theme file I created and I get the error:

Error importing theme file

There was a problem importing your theme file. Please try again or choose another file.

I can switch to themes downloaded from the custom theme gallery just fine but whenever I try to import one that I have made I receive this same error. I have no idea what I am doing wrong? I am saving my custom themes as JSON files on notepad++. I have also tried taking successful custom themes and simply editing them with my desired colors which still results in this error.

    Anonymous,

    You miss "#" for some data colors in your JSON file, please use the following JSON instead.

    {
    "name":"ArK2",
    "dataColors":["#ffd809", "#3cb371", "#bab76d", "#962222", "#519488", "#26fd2c", "#ffffff", "#d79212", "#c5a236", "#d1d1d2", "#00ff00", "#057b10"],
    "background":"#ffffff",
    "foreground":"#f2f2f2",
    "tableAccent":"#5bd078"
    }

    Regards,
    Lydia

    Anonymous,

    I can't reproduce your issue, do you use the latest version of Power BI Desktop(2.49.4831.521)? Could you please share your JSON file to us?

    Regards,
    Lydia
