Error Connecting Python Script

First, It gave me error related to Numpy , I upgraded numpy pandas scipy and the error was solved.
But then i got the above error which i dont know how to fix.
Ps- Paths to anaconda,python everything else is right.

This is not the issue of power bi. This is a issue of python package path. I would suggest you refer to similar case below:
