Empty field - counts

Hi,

I have a field in my database with dates, some have missing values.

I want to create a simple chart that shows which dates have missing values. What is the best way to represent this please?

Also, to follow on - I have another date which I have calculated the difference - i.e. date2-date1, how can I present the difference in days in a chart with the missing dates?  Just need a few pointers please.

    Hi SachinC

     

    If you have a date table that has all dates, and you have a relationship between your date table and your data table, one option is to add a column to your date table that counts the number of missing days from your child table.  This worked for me, but you'll need to substitute your own table name in. 

     

    If this helps then we can solve your other issue.

     

    Missing Dates = 
        IF(
            CALCULATE(
                COUNTROWS('Table1')
                )>0,
                --- THEN ---
                0,
                --- ELSE ---
                1
                )
